Acrylic painting
My first media long time ago was actually oil. But as i started painting professionally acrylic became my preferred media, it is way more practical and gives a great result..
Acrylic is nontoxic, versatile and mallable. My goal is the pigment and an artist quality acrylic paint gives a beautiful result. Acrylic pigment does not fade over time as oil do. I often use a medium to prolong drying time as acrylic dry fairly fast. The medium also adds depth and clarity to the paint. At the end i use a semigloss medium as varnish over the painting.
